Lazanje
Lasagna (scroll down for the english version)
Sastojci:
- 500g faširanog mesa
- 1 pakovanje kora za lazanju
- 500 ml paradajz sosa
- 1 glavica luka
- Začini: vegeta, crvena paprika, origano, so
- 1l mlijeka
- sir trapist
1. U tavu staviti ulja i dodati izrezani luk, pričekati da luk poprimi zlatnu boju te dodati meso.
2. Na meso dodati vegetu i mljevenu crvenu papriku.
3. Kada meso bude pečeno, dodati 500 ml paradajz sosa i ostaviti još par minuta da se dinsta sve zajedno.
4. Bešamel sos: U drugu šerpu/tavu staviti ulje i 5 kašika brašna, te miješati dok brašno ne dobije zlatnu boju. Uz stalno miješanje dodati 1 l mlijeka, te kad se smjesa zgusne dodati origano i so. Skinuti s vatre
5. Pripremiti tepsiju za lazanje: Podmazati uljem, te redati kore pa meso, pa bešamel sos.
6. Postupak se ponavlja dok se ne potroši nadjev.
7. Po vrhu lazanja narezati sira trapista/edamera.
8. Tepsiju prekriti aluminijskom folijom te peći u rerni 20min. Nakon 20min skinuti foliju i vratiti u pećnicu na 15tak minuta.

Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 500g of minced meat
- 1 package of lasagna's sheets
- 500 ml of tomato sauce
- 1 onion
- Spices: vegeta, red minced paprika, oregano, salt
- 1l of milk
- cheese
1. Pour the oil in the pan, and add the cut off onion. Wait for the onion to get the golden color and then add minced meat.
2. Add vegeta and minced red paprika on the minced meat.
3. When meat is roasted, pour in the pan 500ml of tomato sauce and leave it to cook for 5-10min.
4. Beshamel sauce: In the other pan pour oil and add 5 tablespoons of flour, then mix it together until it gets golden color. With continious mixing add one liter of milk, and when the mixture become solid add oregano and salt.
5. Prepare the casserole for the lasagne: pour oild and then: put the lasagna sheet, then meat on it and beshamel sauce.
6. Repat the procedure until the filling is done.
7. Cut the cheese at the top of lasagna.
8. Cover the casserole with aluminium foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes take off the foil and return it in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
