Domaći somuni

Sastojci: 

  • 300ml vode (mlake)
  • kašičica šećera
  • 2 kašičice kvasca
  • 400g brašna
  • 1 kašičica soli

1. Nasuti vodu u posudu i dodati sve sastojke, te umijesiti tijesto.

2. Ostaviti da odstoji 30min.

3. Podijeliti tijesto na 4 kuglice 



4. Dobro nakuhati svaku kuglicu i ostaviti ponovo da odstoji 10min.

5. Rukama kuglice razvijati u veličinu tanjira (bez oklagije)

6. Uzeti čistu trakicu i napraviti "pruge" na somunu: 

7. Premazati bjelancetom i posuti ćurekotom:

8. Peći u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici, 10 min na 275°. 

9. Kada se ispeku pokriti ih salvetom i ostaviti da omekšaju (15tak-20min).

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of yeast
  • 400g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

1. Pour the water in the bowl, add all ingredients and mix them together!

2. Leave it for the 30 minutes. 

3. Cut the dough into 4 balls.

4. Knead the each dough ball and leave it for 10 minutes.

5. Develop the dough with your hands.

6. Take a clean ribbon and make stripes on the somun.

7. Coat with egg whites and sprinkle with the black seed.

8. Bake in preheated oven for 10 min at 275 °.

9. When baked, cover them with a napkin and leave to soften (15 so-20min).
