Sastojci
- 500g faširanog mesa (ili više, po želji)
- 1 crveni luk
- bijeli luk
- peršun
- kopar
- čili
- mljeveni đumbir
- so, vegeta, biber
1. Faširano meso stavite u posudu i dodajte navedene začine, a možete dodati i neke svoje po želji.
2. Nakon što ste smjesu dobro izmiješali oblikujte okruglice i malo ih uvaljati u brašno. Pokriti ih celofanom i ostaviti u frižider da odstoje najmanje 30min.
3. U međuvremenu pripremite sos: U tavu nasuti ulje (da pokrije dno) i dodati 1 kašiku brašna da se uprži.
4. Dodati 1-2 kašike mljevene crvene paprike, te i to malo popržiti.
5. Dodati 200ml vode (ukoliko želite više sosa dodajte i više vode). Dodajte 2-3 kašike paradajz sosa.
6. Dodati malo soli, bosiljka i peršuna.
7. Smanjiti temperaturu i ostaviti sos dok ne proključa. U međuvremenu ćufte malo prepržite u tavi, i kada sos proključa dodati ih u sos.
8. Ostaviti na laganoj temperaturi ćufte u sosu da se krčkaju najmanje 30min.

Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 500g of minced meat (or more if you wish)
- 1 red onion
- garlic
- parsley
- dill
- chilli
- minced ginger
- salt, vegeta, pepper
1. Put the minced meat in a ball and add to it all ingredients and spices.
2. Mix the mixture well and then form meat balls and sprinkle them with some flour. Cover them with cellophane and leave them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
3. Meanwhile prepare the sauce: Pour the oil in frying pan (just to cover the pan bottom) and add one tablespoon of flour and fry it a bit.
4. Add 1-2 tablespoons of ground red pepper and fry as well.
5. Add 200ml of water (for more sauce add more water). Add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
6. Add bit of salt, basil and parsley.
7. Lower the heat and leave the sauce to boil. Meanwhile fry a bit meatballs in separate pan and add them in sauce - when sauce boils.
8. Leave meatballs in sauce at a light temperature for about 30 minutes.
