Klepe

Klepe (scroll down for the english version)

Sastojci: 

  • 200g brašna
  • 200g faširanog mesa
  • 1 glavica luka
  • ulje i začini (so,biber)

Tijesto: 200g brašna, 1 kašika ulja i kašika soli. Umijesiti s vodom, te ostaviti da odstoji 60min na sobnoj temperaturi.

Smjesa: Glavicu luka izrezati (što sitnije to bolje), dodati faširano meso, kašičicu soli i bibera. Dobro izmiješati.

1. Kad tijesto odstoji razviti ga (malo deblje nego za pitu)

2. Sjeći na jednake kockice (željene veličine) i na svaku stavljati jednaku količinu smjese


3. Presaviti svaku kockicu na pola

4. Šerpu napuniti do pola vodom i dodati kašiku soli. Kad proključa, stavljati klepe, te kad isplivaju izvaditi ih.

5. Preliti jogurtom i dodati čili.

Ingredients: 

  • 200g of flour
  • 200g of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • oil, salt and pepper

Dough: 200g of flour, 1 tablespoon of oil and salt. Mix it with water, and leave it on room temperature for 60 min.

Mixture: Cut the onion in small pieces(the smaller the better), add minced meat, one small spoun of salt and pepper. Mix it all together. 

1. Stretch the dough, little bit thicker than for a pie 

2. Cut in equal pieces (of optional size) and put the same amount of mixture on each piece. 

3. Fold it on half

4. Fill half of the pot with water and add one spoon of salt. When it boils, add klepas, and take them out as soon as they rise up to the surface

5. Pour yogurt on them and add chilli.

6. Bon apetite!
