Tortilje/ Tortillas
Tortilje (scroll down for the english version)
Sastojci:
- 400-500 g pilećih fileta/faširanog mesa (po želji)
- 1 zelena paprika
- 1 crvena paprika
- 1 paradajz
- 1 konzerva kukuruza 150-200g
- 1 kesica jogurt dresinga za salate (neobavezno)
- salsa/chilli sos
- za tijesto: brašno, 1/2 praška za pecivo, 50g margarina (ili kupite gotove)
Tijesto za tortilje
Staviti 16 kašika brašna, 1/2 praška za pecivo, 1/2 kašike soli i dodati 50g margarina (istopljenog). Umijesiti tijesto kao za pitu. Ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi, najmanje sat vremena (može i duže stajati) da tijesto naraste. (Od ove smjese dobijete 8 tortilja)
Kada tijesto naraste, podijeliti ga na manje kuglice i razviti svaku tortilju da bude otprilike veličine tanjira (voditi računa o debljini ni pretanko ni predebelo).
Peći svaku jufku u tavi (bez ulja). Voditi računa da se ne prepeku kako se poslije ne bi lomile, a jedna tortilja jako brzo bude gotova otprilike 1-2min.
Kad budete skidali tortilje, i redali jednu na drugu -staviti ubrus papir između svake tortilje.

2. Staviti ulje u tavu, te dodati meso staviti so i vegetu. Kada piletina poprimi zlatnu boju dodati obje parike, te origano i čili.
3. Nakon što paprike budu gotove, dodati izrezani paradajz (ne previše usitnjen), te chilli sosa po želji 2-3 kašike.
4. Dodati kukuruz i još malo ostaviti na vatri.
5. Fil rasporediti po sredini tortilje ( možete na to dodati jogurt dresinga ), te zamotati tortilje.

Ingredients
- 400-500 g chicken fillets or minced meat
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 canned corn 150-200g
- salsa / chilli sauce
- 1 small bag of yoghurt dressing for salads (optional)
- for the dough: flour, 1/2 small bag of baking powder, 50g of margarine (or just buy ready tortilla sheets)
The dough : Put 16 tablespoons of flour, 1/2 of small bag of baking powder, 1/2 of tablespoon of salt and add 50g of melted margarine. Knead the dough just like for a pie. Leave it for at least 1 hour, for the dough to grow. This mixture is enough for 8 tortillas (depends upon size of each tortilla)
When the dough has grown, cut it into small pellets and stretch each at the size of a plate (be careful that each of them are not too thick nor too slight). Bake each of them in a pan (without oil). Make sure that you do not bake them for too long so they wouldn't crash while folding tortillas. Be careful it takes only 1-2 minutes for each tortilla to be ready.

FILLING:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and both peppers.
2. Pour the oil in the pan then add chicken, vegeta and salt. When the meat gets golden colour add both pepers together with oregano and chilli.
3. After the peppers are done, add tomato cut into pieces as well (but not necessarily so small) and add 2- 3 tablespoons of chilli sauce.
4. Add canned corn and leave it for 5 more minutes on the stove.
5. Spread the filling in the middle of tortilla ( you can pour onto it yogurt dressing ) then fold the tortilla.
