Kiflice (scroll down for the english version)
Sastojci:
- 2 jaja
- 200 ml toplog mlijeka
- 300-400g brašna (po potrebi)
- 2 kašičice soli
- 2 kašičice šećera
- 1,5 kašičica kvasca
Tijesto: Odvojiti jedno žumance za premazivanje kiflica, ostatak umijesiti sa 200ml mlijeka. Dodati brašno, so, šećer i kvasac. Dodavati brašna po potrebi, tijesto treba da bude mekše od tijesta za pitu. Ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi da tijesto naraste (najmanje 60min).
1. Tijesto podijeliti na 6 jednakih kuglica (možete prvo na 3 pa ih prepoloviti ako vam je lakše)
2. Svaku kuglicu razviti na veličini tanjira, i staviti jednu na drugu (po dvije).
3. Sjeći na 8 dijelova (ili više), te filovati po želji ( ja sam koristila sir i hrenovke, a neke ostavila i prazne). Ponoviti postupak s preostalim jufkicama.
4. Zarolati kiflice, premazati žumancetom i posuti susamom.
5. Ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi 30-60 min. Zagrijati pećnicu i peći na 250͒ dok ne poprime zlatnu boju.

English version:
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml of warm milk
- 300-400g of flour
- 2 small spoons of salt
- 2 small spoons of sugar
- 2 small spoon of yeast
Dough: Separate one egg yolk for later coating the rolls, and the rest just mix with the milk. Add flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Keep adding flour as needed until the dough is soft enough. Leave it to grow, at least for 60min.
1. Cut the dough in 6 little balls (if it's easier for you, cut it in 3 than halve it)
2. Stretch each ball at the size of plate, than take two, put one to the other.
3. Cut in 8 pieces (or more if you want), and fill them with whatever you like (I used sauseges, cheese and some of them I left empty). Repeat the process with the rest of them.
4. Roll and coat them with the egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame.
5. Leave it at room temperature for about 30-60min before putting them into oven. Bake at 250͒ until it comes to the golden color.
