- 5 jaja
- 5 kašika brašna
- 2 velike kašike kakaa
- 1/2 kašičice praška za pecivo
- 4 kašike šećera
Za kremu:
- 250ml vrhnja za šlag
- 1 šlagfix
- 2 kašike meda
1. Bjelanjke istući u šlag. Žumanjke izmutiti sa šećerom, dodati brašno, kakao i prašak, te miješati dok se ne dobije glatka smjesa. Dodati 3 kašike šlaga od bjelanjaka i lagano miješati da se dobije lijepa smjesa, zatim sve izliti u ostatak bjelanjaka i još lagano miješati dok smjesa bude homogena.
2. Izliti na papir za pečenje koji se stavi na veliki pleh iz pećnice. Ravnomjerno razmazati i peći na 180° 10min.
3. Ostaviti da se ohladi i prerezati na pola.
4. Biskivt se peče u velikom plehu da bude tanak i onda se prereže da se dobiju 2 komada. Ne rezati kao za tortu po sredini.
5. Vrhnje sa šlagfixom istući u čvrsti šlag, dodati med. Kremom premazati biskvit i poklopiti drugim, staviti u frižider na 2-3 sata
6. Rezati u obliku onih pravih.

Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
For the cream:
- 250ml of sweet cream
- 1 šlagfix (whipped cream fix)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
1. Make snow from egg whites. Mix the egg yolks with sugar, then add flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix it until you get smooth mixture. Add 3 tablespoons of snow white and mix gently until you get the smooth mixture, then add the rest of snow white until your mixture is homogeneous.
2. Pour it on the baking paper, then put the casserole into the oven and bake on 180° for 10 minutes.
3. Let it cool and then cut it in two.
4. Biscuit is supposed to be baked in large casserole in order to be very thin, then we cut it in two pieces. Do not cut in the middle as you do for the cake.
5. Beat the sweet cream into the solid cream and add honey. Coat the cream over the biscuit and leave it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
6. Cut them in the shape of real ones.
