Apple roses

Apple roses (scroll down for the english version)

Sastojci: 
  • 3 jabuke
  • 1/2 limuna
  • džem od marelice
  • 1 kesica cimeta
  • lisnato tijesto (ukoliko ga sami pravite : 200ml mlijeka, 20g kvasca, 3 kašike ulja, 2 kašike šećera i kašičica soli)

Tijesto: U posudu staviti 200ml toplog mlijeka, 3 kašike ulja, 2 kašike šećera i kašičicu soli. Dodati brašno i kvasac. Brašno dodavati po potrebi dok ne bude meko. Ostaviti da tijesto nadođe (najmanje 60min). 
  • Kada tijesto nadođe, razdvojiti ga na 6-7 manjih dijelova/kuglica. Svaku kuglicu razvaljati na veličinu tanjira, premazivati svaku jufku posebno, te redati jednu na drugu, zadnju ne premazivati već poklopiti ostale i napraviti loptu. Ostaviti 15tak min u frižider.

1. Očistiti jabuke i izrezati ih na tanke kriške (razdvojiti svaku kriščicu jednu od druge kako se ne bi slijepile)
2. Posudu napuniti pola vodom i iscijediti pola limuna. Dodati jabuke u posudu i staviti u mikrovalnu na 3min. Procijediti
3. U manju posudu staviti 3 kašike džema od marelice i 3 kašike vode, staviti u mikrovalnu na 1min.
4. Razdvojiti tijesto na 2 dijela i razvaljati u oblik pravougaonika. Sjeći na 6 traka


5. svaku traku premazati džemom od marelice i redati jabuke na vrh trake i posuti cimetom (neobavezno)

6. presaviti trakicu odozdo na pola i zarolati





7. Kalup od mafina pouljiti i posuti brašnom i redati ruže. Peći na 375͒  40-45min. Kada se ispeku posuti šećerom u prahu

English version:

Ingredients: 
  • 3 apples
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • apricot preserve
  • cinnmon (optional)
  • 2 frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed (or you can make it by your own : 200ml milk, 20g of yeast, 3 tabespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of sugar and one small spoon of salt)
Dough: In a bowl put 200ml of warm milk, add oil, sugar and salt. Add flour and yeast. Add flour until the dough is soft enough. Leave a dough to grow for at least one hour. 
  • When the yeast has grown, cut it into 6-7 small parts/pellet. Stretch each pellet at the size of a plate, and coat each of them with melted butter (coat one put it on another, repeat the process) except the last one with it cover the rest and make a ball. Put it in the fridge for  15min. 

1. Clean the apples from the inside and cut them in small slices (make sure you separate each of them)
2. Fill half of the bowl with water and add lemon juice. Put in a microwave for 3min. Drain out all the water.
3. In a smaller bowl put 3 tablespoons of apricot preserves and 3 tablepoons of water, put in a microwave for min.
4. Cut the dough in 2 parts and stretch in rectangle shape. Cut it in 6 strips.

5. coat each strip with apricot preserve and put apples at the top of strip and sprinkle with some cinannmon (optional) 

6. fold the strip upwards and roll 

7. Coat the maffin mold with oil and flour and put in the roses. Bake at  375͒  for 40-45min. When they're done sprinkle with some powder sugar if you want
